Drive out cancer...

So literally within minutes of making the last post a new Ford GT and 997 Carrera 4 S pulled up outside my work looking for the owner of the Elise. I went outside and talked with them for a bit. They are heading up a Louisville based anti-smoking campaign aimed at young adults. The campaign's main tool is the Grey/Silver Ford GT with "Drive Cancer Out" graphics all over it. So anyway, it looks like the Elise might occasionally sport some Drive Cancer Out graphics (static clings) before too long. Louisville has already gone "No smoking" in its restaurants and hopefully this campaign will help cut down on the new teenager smokers that the city sees.

One other note...
It feels VERY weird to have truly exotic owners REALLY interested in my Lotus. I guess I've gotten used to the car but its still odd to have big exotics take note of it. I've had a black F430 flash and wave at me, I've talked to and gotten waves from the Ford GT owners (two in town), several higher end Porsches, etc...
